The only irritation was not being prepared for the additional charge of vat and handling by this end of the shipping process, which may have been on the site but not seen, which took the edge off the experience a bit, but everything to do with the merchant, the quality, site, accuracy of all other information and so on was most helpful and informative and the product has been of great interest amongst friends and relatives in the UK.
